Apartment small offers a sleeping place on about 81m², with a double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room, up to 4 people. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape and slow down the stress of the city, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat-screen TV. You can expect alpaca bunk beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the pasture due to the large window areas. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also in the room. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, cutlery, pots, pots, pans, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available. The daylight bath with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hair dryer completes the overall picture. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is facing southwest for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating furniture. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair users (staircase). Towels, sheets and tea towels are included. The Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge.
