Small apartment offers about 81 m², with a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, up to 4 people can sleep. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitz Valley completes the unique location. If you want to escape the stress of the city and slow down, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180 x 200 cm and a flat-screen TV. Alpaca quilts await you, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the pasture due to the large window areas. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. There is also a large flat-screen TV (satellite reception) in the room. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available. The daylight bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower with a large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hairdryer completes the overall picture. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitz Valley invites you to linger. The terrace is oriented southwest for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating furniture. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair users (staircase). Towels, sheets and dish towels are included. Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge.
