Our home is a 3 bedder with 1 stylish room available for guests; offering plenty of privacy & access throughout our beautifully polished jarrah flooring house; with full kitchen facilities, complimentary condiments & outdoor mini garden to simply chill. The space Bedrooms - Total of 3 large bedrooms in the house; with 1 bedroom exclusively for guests. Our bedrooms have queen-sized beds, wardrobe, side tables with reading lamp & air con. Please state the total number of guests staying in your booking. If you are a party of 2 & require 2 bedrooms, please book as 3 persons. Veranda & Garden- Additional space to simply chill & unwind for the day. Kitchen & Dining Area- You will have access to a full kitchen with cooking appliances & generous complimentary condiments. We offer a complimentary breakfast starter kit for all bookings. Living Room -Comfy leather lounger with large screen TV & Netflix. A functional work desk & free WIFI is available to our business/corporate guests. Guest access Access- You will have your private entrance and access of the entire home with corresponding bedrooms based on the total number of guests & bedrooms booked. If you are a party of 2 guests but require 2 separate bedrooms, please book as 3 guests. Other things to note Cleaning & fresh linen supply- We supply ample stock of antibacterial cleaning agents, disposal gloves for guests who wishes to avail themselves to it for mid-week cleaning/long term stay. Extra linens are also available for long term guests. Our cleaning fee does not include cleaning your used cooking ware, cutlery, dining ware, glasses, oven. We would regretfully have to charge an extra $60 per hour if you leave our house in a dirty condition after your check out. Maintenance- Kindly remove your street shoes & no street shoes inside the house please. Pet- We are licensed bee keepers & keep bees in our back garden. We are happy to share our knowledge on bees & the importance of bee pollination for our agriculture. Our bees are gentle & won’t attack or disturb your quiet enjoyment unless provoked.
