Sunny Isles Beach - License STR-01968 - Please note that from May2025 to Sept2025 the balcony will not be available due to outdoor construction. 1 Bedroom spacious condo with 2 double beds, television, ensuite bathroom. Kitchen, Dining/Living Room - extra powder room. Kitchen including all major appliances, Nespresso machine, toaster, boiler, plates, kettle, pots, cutlery available and much more. Clean and modern porcelain tile floors throughout the condo. Directly across from the beach/park The space Master bedroom - Clean and beautiful bedroom, with 2 double beds. Flat screen television with cable channels. Linens are provided - bed sheets, pillows, blankets. Spacious closets and wardrobe to put away clothing. Full washroom is located inside the master bedroom which comes with all toiletries and clean towels. Kitchen - Kitchen is fully furnished - stove top and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster oven, Nespresso machine, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots and much more for you to cook at your comfort. Please bring your own coffee pods. Dining Room/Living Room - Large dining room table t hat seats 6 people. Leather sofa and flat screen television. Powder Room - additional washroom located at the front of the apartment. Balcony - seating and little dining table is available on the balcony. In the main closet you can also find beach chairs and a beach umbrella for you to bring to the beach. Guest access Covered parking space is available with the rental unit free of charge. Free local shuttle bus that goes around the neighborhood if needed. Other things to note All guests must check in with the front office on arrival. You will need to pay $51.00 USD to the front desk to register when you check in. After check in, you will receive wristbands that must be worn at all times. Please note that Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am. Please note that the front desk is open from 9am to 10pm. If you arrive after 10pm you will have to formally check-in the next morning and if you have a car you will have to pay an additonal $15 and valet check your car for that one night. You will need to pay $51.00 USD to the front desk to register when you check in. Once you are registered, come up to the room, you will find two key fobs (black circles which say Aqua) - bring these back to the front desk and they will activate them. You will also find the garage gate opener which you can use to drive your vehicle to the assigned parking spot. The key fobs will allow you to get in and out of the building as well as in the exercise room and pool area. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 adults not including children. Any party which exceeds the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated and the reservation will be declined at the front desk.
