If you experience higher than normal noise level please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep. This is a duplex. A/C in one bedroom, in the living room and one huge evap cooler for the whole house. While there is A/C here, Tucson weather can be extremely hot and our A/C's have difficulties cooling the whole home when this happens. Please do consider this when you book. Front-Facing cameras outside of the property and at the entrance for your safety. Please let us know if you will be needing a crib during your stay to ensure its availability. It can be furnished for $25. Bring your own bedding! Room cleaning for a fee. Just send us a message if you need it to check the availability.
