House composed of 2 apartments separated by an external staircase. The family lives upstairs: parental couple with 2 children aged 18 and 20. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms one of which is sometimes occupied by my 90-year-old mother. The apartment overlooks a big garden. Bed linen and toilet provided. the 3 bedrooms share bathroom, toilet and living room, the owners can access it. Very Quiet Neighbor. Lake. Easy parking in front of the house or on the street. Bus near by. Tram 1 is 10 minutes. The space It is a beautiful building composed of 2 independent apartments separated by an external staircase. This configuration is a major asset that allows to live together without being on top of each other. When it comes to transport, take the bus in the small street 50m away and then tram 1, 25 minutes from Downtown. the house fits in a peaceful island of houses decorated with gardens, with small streets where one can park quietly and where with the surrounding neighborhood it is good to live. We benefit from a very pleasant living environment with an almost micro climate! Our way of life is centered on 2 major principles: respect and communication to live better together. • calm : first in our house and then in the neighborhood, we are in a small and very quiet impasse. • the environment : near the Guarrigues lake and the forest where you can walk, play sports, walk, ... • local shops : Saint Paul shopping mall, crossroads, grand frais, Marie Blachère bakery and giant casino are about ten minutes away by car.
