Feel free to contact me for early check-in! ☀️ Our home is in an unbeatable location—right next to Roma Park and Roma Street train station, just minutes from the city’s attractions. Now, if you’re expecting a five-star hotel, this isn’t it! 🏡 The house has some character (aka it’s a bit old), but we clean it daily and are always working to improve it. What we lack in luxury, we make up for in charm, convenience, and a great atmosphere. We’ll do our best to make your stay enjoyable! 😊 The space The bathroom is shared and living areas are shared with other guests. You will have full access to the balcony, kitchen, fridge, tv with Netflix and Wifi. Guest access The is no parking spot allocated to the room but there is street parking around usually free on the weekends. Other things to note If you need earlier check in, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will try to do our best to help you out. Please not that there are in total six bedrooms in the house with 2.5 shared bathrooms so be aware that you might be sharing the space with other guests. Therefore, we do expect everyone to respect our house rules which are very important to us and the wellbeing of our guests. We have a strict no drinking & no smoking policy. We hosts guests from all cultures and regions, age and gender etc. We want everyone to feel like at home when staying with us. Finally, there is a TV in the living room that works perfectly but needs to be connected to a computer or smart tv device such as Google Chrome Cast since it is not currently connected to WiFi nor cable. For that reason it is not currently listed as part of our amenities.
