A beautifully decorated, large family home set in an exclusive neighbourhood in between Leeds and Harrogate. In the heart of the countryside, with beautiful country walks, the oldest pub in England and an ice cream farm, just a short walk away. The property boast a gym, a games room with an open fire. A large conservatory with bi-folding doors, a large garden with bbq, firepit, 4 man teepee, hammock, trampoline, climbing frame. Also enjoy our outdoor Ooni pizza oven and Korean BBQ. The space Beautifully decorated to a high standard and has a brand new shaker kitchen. The conservatory has bifold doors which open in to the garden. There is also a a wood burning fireplace for winter evenings. There are also 2 road. bikes, 1 mountain bike and 4 children's bikes of varying sizes available with helmets to ride. The garden is large with trampoline, & climbing frame. Guest access Guests will be given access by home owner on arrival. Other things to note The teepee can erected and used for an additional charge.
