Come and discover Alsace in this 50 m2, 4-star loft-style apartment with panoramic views of the vineyard. Capacity for two adults and two children. Close to the Christmas markets of Riquewihr (5 min), Kaysersberg (10 min) and Colmar (15 min), this accommodation is the ideal starting point for visiting Alsace. You have a private outdoor area in addition to a terrace with views over the rooftops. Access is completely independent. A relaxation area is reserved for you with a hot tub The space The 50 m2 apartment is on the second and last floor of our home. The house is on a small hill covered with vines, hence an exceptional view from your accommodation. It includes a living room equipped with two sofas that are also 90 × 200 beds if two additional beds are needed (for children or young adults). Does not accommodate two adult couples. A flat-screen TV, a DVD-Blueray player, access to French and international channels, free Wi-Fi, and a stereo are at your disposal. The bedroom comes with a 160 cm bed that will be made upon arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery... Dishwashing liquid, a sponge and a dish towel are also provided. A dining area allows you to eat in comfort for 4 people. The bathroom includes a standard size bathtub as well as a shower wall so you are free to choose between shower or bath. A sink, washer-dryer, toilet and electric towel dryer complete the equipment of this room. Shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are provided as well as a hair dryer and a first aid kit. All household necessities and products are provided. A steam iron and clothes rack are provided. You also have a small independent entrance where you will find documentation on things to do in the area. At the top of the metal staircase, you will enjoy a small terrace equipped for a romantic breakfast for two overlooking the rooftops of the village. At the foot of this staircase, an outdoor space of about 40 m2 is entirely reserved for you. It is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a barbecue and deck chairs in summer. A relaxation area in an outbuilding, at the bottom of the apartment, is reserved for you (it is therefore not in the apartment). A jacuzzi for 7 people will allow you to relax in complete tranquility as well as a sauna for two people. Card and outdoor games are available in the accommodation and outside. Guest access Access to the accommodation is completely independent via a spiral metal staircase and a private entrance. As a result, the accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A key box allows for self check-in. A parking space is reserved for you in the courtyard. Other things to note Cold drinks as well as the necessities to make coffee or tea will be waiting for you upon arrival. During the Christmas season, you can enjoy accommodation decorated for the occasion as well as homemade bredele (traditional Alsatian Christmas cookies). We can lend you a free raclette or fondue set on request. To make your life as easy as possible, we prepare a small breakfast with fresh and local products for 10 euros per person, booked 24 hours in advance. A barbecue kit including charcoal and firelighters can also be provided for 5 euros. A high chair, baby bath and baby bed are available upon request at the time of booking
