This home is furnished with 2 queen-sized beds and 2 pull-out sofas, a smart TV and a breakfast area with a fully equipped kitchen, shared laundry and 1 parking space. -2 queen beds -1 Kitchen with small appliances -1 living room with 2 sleeper sofa and smart tv - sleeps 2 adults -1 washer and dryer (shared) -1 parking space -1 Jack and Jill bathroom accessible through both bedrooms. -Private yard ideal for a delightful time of relaxation. Short walk to bus stop and plaza. Close to buses at (Trelawny Cir At Mount Carmel Secondary School) Easy access to 401 and 403 SAFETY Security cameras facing the entrance of the home. ON and recording 24/7 during the reservation. Camera is for the safety of ourselves and our guests. No cameras inside the home and private spaces. We also have noise monitoring device which can only monitor noise level. It cannot capture and does not record conversation. Guest access Guest will have private access to the basement guest suite and yard. Laundry room and driveway are shared. Other things to note Laundry room and driveway are shared. The jack and Jill bath is only accessible through the bedrooms. Please review our House Rules. → Quiet hours starts at 9pm → Heating and cooling is controlled centrally and kept at 21 C. The temperature in the units cannot be adjusted. → baseboard heaters and floor heaters are installed if you require additional heat. Starter Basic toiletries - Soap, Toilet paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash(sufficient so that you don’t need to go shopping on your first night) For guests without prior reviews or recommendations or bad reviews are required a refundable deposit of at least $200 or 20% of the total booking price. The security deposit may be retained for the following:  > Additional cleaning  > Damages or missing items >  Unauthorized late check-out For guests travelling with pets, please note there is an additional pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. We only accept dogs. You will receive a resolution request for the security deposit, which MUST be settled prior to check-in. It will be refunded 24 hours after check-out time.
