Farmhouse with Pool - Nazaré Paulista

Hello :) The farm is located in a small village of Nazaré Paulista, called Santa Luzia. The place is very peaceful, ideal for those who want to rest with the family, enjoying nature and tranquility. To get there, you will travel about 13 km on a dirt road, which is in good condition! We have a wonderful view of the Atibainha dam (just across the street), where you can take speedboat rides, jet-ski, practice sport fishing and visit incredible waterfalls. The space Some information about the space: We offer 4 bedrooms, with a total of 8 full beds, 1 twin bed and 3 more twin mattresses. Therefore, it can accommodate up to 20 guests! All rooms are located on the upper floor and some have a balcony, offering a wonderful view when you wake up. We have 1 full bathroom (upper floor) and a toilet inside the property (lower floor). In the pool area, we offer 1 full bathroom, but this is shared with our caretaker, Mr. José. We have a gourmet space with a barbecue area with a wood-burning stove and ovens, freezer, electric stove and all the essential utensils. This space offers you a beautiful view of the pool, dam and mountains! The pool has a "beach" for children and is about 9 meters long and 1.5 meters deep, ideal for enjoying with the family. We also have a beautiful, newly built deck to make your experience even better! The kitchen in the indoor area is small, but has all the essentials for everyday life. We have a spacious TV room, with beautiful decor, a fireplace and surrounded by glass, so you can see the entire outdoor area. You will have an AMAZING view of the Atibainha dam (just across the street) and the mountains. For your convenience, we have installed a Deck for the boats right in front of the property, but it is not possible to put them in the water through this space. However, less than 10 minutes from the property, there are several points, such as soccer fields, where you can do this. Or, if you prefer, there is also a Marina where you can hire these services! Guest access Guests have access to all spaces described in this listing. It should be noted that the caretaker resides in the property, in a house next door, and makes use of the external bathroom. He will be present to welcome you and will assist you with the house and provide you with the necessary guidance. Other things to note The Farm is located in a small village, the streets are unpaved, have no names and the properties have no numbering. Therefore, after the confirmed reservation, we will contact you to send the exact location by messaging app. The dirt road is of good quality, but it has holes and stones, like any soil made of this! Small cars with low power do not have difficulties in transiting on them; only in periods of heavy rains can it get a little more difficult. Therefore, the road will hardly be a problem. As mentioned, the village is small and has few options for establishments; there are only a few taverns, sales and a Marina. However, we are less than 30 minutes from larger cities such as Nazaré Paulista, Piracaia and Igaratá.
