We are long-term accommodation specialists. - Modern KING & DOUBLE bedroom GROUND floor apartment - Professionally cleaned, all linen included - Quiet central west end residential area - Free allocated off-street car parking - Well equipped & refurbished open plan lounge diner - Family bathroom - Free FAST broadband - Netflix TV - Well furnished - Brand new so few reviews but numerous from 2 apartments above The space Free fast broadband Like all of our other beautiful Dwellcome Home properties, this great property has every single base that a business or leisure traveller needs covered and retains the really homely feel of all of our places which is reflected in all of our reviews. Being well travelled for business and pleasure myself both with and without my children I know what it takes to make a place homely for both adults and kids alike and that is my aim for all of our properties, to create a home away from home for all, whether you are here for business or pleasure. Situated directly below our more established Apartments B & C - see almost 100 reviews (5/5) for those properties for assurance! IMPORTANT NOTE: We strictly do not accept bookings from large non-family groups (folks coming to the area to party!). I have had to remove guests in the past, police involved, etc and have measures in place to prevent this from occurring again so please do not try to book unless you are the right type of guest. As with all of our properties my objective is to provide somewhere, I would want to (and routinely do) stay with my children. Good quality furniture, linen, towels and soft furnishings are provided throughout and brand new Silentnight memory foam mattresses are provided on all beds with mattress protectors. It's all about location with this apartment, being in a really quiet street in the lovely west end neighbourhood yet only a 10 minutes walk to the city/Union Street and the apartment also comes with a free off-road private parking space for guests to use during their stay. Secure entry from both front and back doors (back door direct from off road car park behind complex - the flat has one dedicated parking space. The layout is from entering the front door; the lobby, two good sized double bedrooms with bedside cabinet/lamps, mirrored sliding wardrobes/hangers, ample drawer space in chest of drawers to the left, bathroom with combination boiler fed mains powered shower, straight on and living room and fully equipped kitchen diner to the right. The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in. The lounge has comfortable brown leather 2 and 3 seter sofas with side and console tables. Smart TV with NETFLIX, etc for chilled out evenings in. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, cafeteria and toaster. Also has a washing machine (with detergent) with iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. It is very well equipped with a good range of pans, casserole dishes, a slow cooker, etc. A dining table sits 2. A selection of tea, coffee, sugar etc is provided. A good quality hairdryer is also provided. There are double beds in each relatively large bedroom, each able to sleep 2 persons, therefore, the maximum capacity is 4 adults. There is also built-in sliding mirrored wardrobe doors in each bedroom so there is plenty of storage for those wanting to stay longer durations with more personal belongings. NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodations we have central heating controlled by our guests to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night. Further information on the apartment, how things work, WIFI code, etc will be sent to guests on successfully booking the apartment. Guest access You have the entire apartment, including the free parking dedicated space in the off-street car park (Note: much of central Aberdeen is permit only, including the front street). Other things to note Entry: Strictly only persons booked into the apartment are allowed in unless by agreement with myself. Check-in: Please note we use a self-check-in service which allows a good level of check-in for guests arriving late. Although I do try to meet guests whenever possible please note it is not policy to greet guests on arrival but I always ask guests to contact me once they are into the place and to confirm that everything is to their satisfaction.
