Lodge 205 | Cozy, modern and beautiful views

If you like nature and cosiness, come and enjoy this atmospheric lodge in the middle of the greenery and within walking distance of the town of Durbuy. Lodge 205 is located in the Sunclass Durbuy holiday park and is the ideal holiday destination for cozy family holidays, sports enthusiasts or those seeking tranquility. The park has a brasserie, indoor swimming pool, tennis court, sports fields, BBQ areas and much more. The space Our cozy lodge is located on the outer edge of the park, yet close to the reception and all facilities of the park. As a result, the lodge is higher than the other bungalows and you have the feeling of staying between the tops of the trees. There are no other bungalows behind the lodge, so you can stay there in complete tranquility. Our lodge of 50 m2 can accommodate up to four people. Bathroom/Toilet, kitchen and living room are on the ground floor. The kitchen (on the right side of the entrance) is equipped with sufficient crockery and glassware, a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, combi grill/microwave, a kettle, a Senseo and a regular coffee maker. Next to the kitchen there is a reading/playing corner, a sitting area with a spacious sofa and a dining table. The spacious terrace is next to the lodge so you have the feeling that you are staying in a tree house when you look out the large window. All sleeping places are on the first floor: a double bed in the bedroom at the front, two single beds in the bedroom at the rear. The cottage has updated wifi, Smart TV and DVD player. As with all chalets/bungalows in the park, the bedrooms (on the first floor) have sloping roofs. From 2021 the rent of bed linen is mandatory. The costs of this are included in the costs for cleaning. Guest access You can park in front of the lodge to unload. The car must then be parked a little further. Keep in mind that the park is hilly and there are some stairs in the park. The lodge is also only accessible via a few stairs, so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. At the reception they speak Dutch, French and English. If you arrive outside reception opening hours, the key is available in the key box. Please indicate in advance when you will arrive later. Other things to note From 2021, the rental of bed linen (for hygienic reasons) is mandatory. The costs of this are included in your total rental price (calculated in the cost of cleaning). You can pick up your bed linen at check-in. The park is also very hilly and therefore less suitable for people with walking difficulties. The rooms on the first floor can be reached via a steep staircase. It is a family park, so no noise is allowed between 22:00 and 08:00. Because the park is located in the middle of the woods, it is not allowed to light a BBQ at the lodge. That is why there is a communal BBQ field available near the reception. Fireworks are also prohibited!
