THE SPACE: A quiet, tucked away oasis near Rockefeller Center in Midtown NYC, The Shoreham Hotel offers a variety of 100% smoke-free, pet-friendly, well-appointed accommodations ranging from our standard rooms to specialty suite rooms with one Queen, one King, or two double beds. Signature amenities include invigorating five-head hydro-massage showers available in select rooms, access to wireless Internet, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs. Guest bathrooms are appointed with high-gloss white marble tile and fixtures, grey slate vanity tops, and brushed stainless sinks with satin nickel fixtures. THE AREA: The Shoreham is centrally located on 55th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in midtown Manhattan, within walking distance of many of New York City’s most important business addresses, the finest Fifth Avenue shopping, Central Park, Broadway Theatres, and Times Square. Tucked away just off 5th Avenue in a quiet neighborhood setting, our intimate boutique hotel feels worlds apart from urban clamor and distractions, yet is near iconic landmarks that include Carnegie Hall, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and more. THINGS TO NOTE: Your unit comes with a daily housekeeping service. If you wish to decline, a convenient door tag is available for your use. OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 2 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 2 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. PARKING: We strongly suggest you not bring a vehicle as there is no parking at the property, and everything you could want is a short walk or rideshare away. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to New York to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
