Alfredo Silva Street (Rua da Brava) is named after the beautiful beach where our property is located, a 5-minute walk away. It is a street traditionally occupied by families of artisanal fishermen, who historically occupied this beautiful peninsula before Brigitte Bardot. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a suite with an office for remote work, a living room and an American kitchen, and in front there is a small yard that serves as an access area. Guest access As the neighborhood is well located, it is a great option for those who want to take short walks and be in 3, 5, 7, or 10 minutes, in approximately 10 beaches of Búzios! If the guest wants, they won't even need to take a van, taxi, or Uber, which is readily available in the city. Another great option is to cycle outdoors. Parking for those who come by car is on the street itself, with no charge. Remember that in high season, traffic is a challenge for those who are driving and do not know the city, as the floating population increases 3x more!
