The Dias Deep Sea fishing club, Kenton bowls and tennis clubs are also only a short walk away. Game reserves, picturesque rivers, and a well renowned golf course are all a short drive away. With 3 bedrooms, large outdoor and indoor entertaining areas, Wi-Fi and a hot tub. We’ve got everything you need! The space The house is open plan and very spacious. Upstairs you will find a large en-suite bedroom, lounge (with DSTV) with a bar, guest toilet, and a balcony with outdoor seating....all sea facing. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, the first with a queen bed and the second with 2 x 3/4 beds, both rooms share the second bathroom. There is a roomy dining area with ample seating for entertaining that opens onto the kitchen and adjoining scullery. Outside there is a covered outdoor patio leading to the fire pit, braai area, and garden. If you are planning to bring your boat, we have a gate at the bottom of the garden that will allow you to store it safely within the property. The house is serviced every 2nd day by Masi (general cleaning of the house, dishes, making of beds, maintenance of the garden, braai, and fire pit areas). Should you require the house to be serviced more regularly, please enquire when booking. This can be arranged at an additional cost. Guest access All of the house, a single space in the garage, parking for additional cars/boats/trailers within the premises via bottom gate. Other things to note There is an alarm system which will allow you to activate outside beams while you are asleep, as well as secure the house when you go out.
