New cottage, located at the beginning of the road to Boa Esperança, 1 km before Poço Belo. Composed of: garage, balcony, living room/kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms plus a mezzanine. (house without a yard, located on the main street towards Boa Esperança, it is possible to walk to the center of Lumiar, 1.2 km). The entire house has 220V. Other things to note We do not provide bed linens and towels. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only on the balconies and outside area. All garbage must be collected. Pots and pans and the refrigerator must be clean and free of food at check-out.
