Villa Kalithea offers all the amenities for a wonderful holiday in Crete for up to 6 people. On the 2,000 m², fully fenced property you will find a 60 square meter pool (child-safe coverable), spacious terraces, a bar with music system, a herb garden, a lounge, outdoor barbecues and a lovingly & authentically designed garden. The space PLEASE NOTE: a minimum age for booking is required (23 years), no parties allowed Relax by the pool overlooking the sea or under the olive trees! Even in the interior of the Villa Kalithea, nothing is left to be desired. On 150 m² there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a living-dining room with an open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find an office, a fitness area and laundry facilities in the basement. Wi-Fi is available, as is air conditioning in the living room, bedrooms and fitness area. If necessary, a child seat, high chair or baby cot can be provided. Insect screens and electric shutters are other amenities in Villa Kalithea. Pano Gouves is just 16 km from Crete's capital Heraklion. Kato Gouves ("Lower Gouves") is 3 km away. There are several beaches for swimming and relaxing – but there is also a lot for adventurers and children. Various shops, bars and taverns are also located in the village. There are also other shops such as pharmacies and doctors. You will also find travel agencies in Kato Gouves to advise you on all activities on the island.
