From baby beds and high chairs to a fenced, child-safe pool and a playground with swings and a slide – your little ones are in good hands. 🍳 Well-Equipped Kitchen Our kitchen is ready for anything from a relaxed breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. It includes a Nespresso machine with milk frother, two fridges, a dishwasher, an oven, and all essential cookware. A gas BBQ is also available outside. 🌡️ Comfort in Every Season Each bedroom features air conditioning and ceiling fans. For cooler months, there are two fireplaces, modern heaters, and well-insulated windows to keep the villa cozy and warm. 🌿 Space to Relax Outdoors The 13,000 sq ft garden offers plenty of space to unwind. Multiple terraces invite you to dine outside, sunbathe, or relax in the shade with a good book. Your private outdoor oasis awaits. Guest access Around 10 days before your arrival, you’ll receive all the important information for your stay – including a link for the online check-in, which is legally required in Spain for all guests aged 18 and over. A few days before arrival, you’ll connect directly with our house manager to go over the final details. He will personally welcome you at the villa, walk you through everything, and make sure you feel at home right from the start. Other things to note A cash deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and is handed directly to our house manager. This serves as a general security deposit and will be refunded at check-out, provided everything is in order. If the air conditioning is used during your stay, the electricity consumption (usually just a few Euros) will be measured via a separate meter and deducted from the deposit. This helps ensure the system isn’t left running unnecessarily, for example with windows open. Hot tub notice: The whirlpool/hot tub is available from October to mid-May and is turned off during the summer months.
