This unit is in the heart of University Heights - a charming and walkable San Diego neighborhood filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. It is a mere 5 - 15 minute drive to the City’s finest attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, the Gaslamp (downtown), the convention center, Mission Beach, Hillcrest, Coronado, and more. The space The space includes the entire first floor of a two-story duplex that was recently renovated from top-to-bottom. The unit is about 500 sq. ft. Amenities include: • 1 queen-size bed • 1 queen-size pullout bed • Stainless steel kitchen fixtures (including an 18" dishwasher) and new knives and cookware (as of January 2026) • Walk-in shower with rain showerhead • Samsung 4K Smart TV (with free HBO Max) in living room • AT&T Fiber Internet and Wifi (up to 1 Gig speed) • 1 free, dedicated parking space in the unit’s driveway • Private washer and dryer (located in backyard laundry closet) Guest access The front door has a keyless entry lock and I will send you the entry code prior to check-in (usually within a few minutes of booking). Other things to note This unit is on the first floor of a two-story building with an upstairs and downstairs unit. Like in any home, you will hear some light noise from upstairs while on the first floor. Both units are on AirBnb but do not share any spaces besides the driveway. The second-floor unit is called "Bright & Airy Craftsman". If you would like to book both together, please let me know. This unit is on the ground floor and there are no steps up to the entry door. However, there is one small step up to the kitchen and one small step up to the bathroom once inside. Please note: there is no formal dining table. Most guests use the couch and coffee table when eating. I am local to San Diego and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the unit or the area.
