You'll have the opportunity to eat your meals facing the sea The entrance, with cupboards, serves the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen, with dishes for meals and to be able to cook, is equipped with electric hobs, a microwave, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. A sofa bed of 140 x 190, of very good quality, completes the living space. Access to the beach is direct and private from the residence. In season, you can access the famous restaurant, Café Plage Pereire, by the beach! The bike path, which connects Arcachon to Pyla, passes directly in front of the residence. You can take the opportunity to connect the city center of Arcachon to the other beaches. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the studio and pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of 50 euros applies to each booking. A complete cleaning and disinfection of the studio is carried out before and after each reservation. It ensures impeccable cleanliness.
