This apartment is an amazing space right in the heart of Launceston city to share with your loved one, friends, family or business associates. Attention to heritage detail is foremost, along with all the comforts of luxury accomodation. It is walking distances to the CBD, Cataract Gorge, Tas Stadium (AFL football) and many varieties of cafes and restaurants. The space The apartment has plenty of living space to relax, eat and enjoy family and friends. The quality LazyBoy rockers will keep you comfortable in the space, and we now have wifi. All rooms have an automatic Velux skylight for access to fresh air, and they even close automatically if it rains whilst you are out and about!! The second bedroom has a TV and the main bedroom has block out curtains and an automatic block out Velux blind, for quality sleep ins :) The spacious bathroom has underfloor heating, two vanities and a great shower space with large shower head. The kitchen is fully appointed with enough room and equipment for a number of ambitious cooks. We supply quality tea, proper coffee and percolators and gratis Tim Tams! There will also be milk, salt & pepper and oil. Please take any relevant tourist information pamphlets supplied under the TV in the living area. PLEASE NOTE* when booking, the base rate is for two people sharing one bedroom. If you would like a room each please book for x3 people. If there are more in your group, there is an additional $30 per person to cover extra laundry and cleaning. The third bedroom will ONLY be available if there is a booking of 4 or more. Please specify how you would like to use the bedroom spaces and we can flexibly accomodate your needs. Guest access City Council car parking is located behind the building, and plenty of on street metered parking spots (no meter overnight). There is also an EV charging station in the car park. There is a free Tiger bus that takes in the sights of Launceston each day. It runs past the apartment regularly. Other things to note There is an allocated parking space for the apartment in the Council car park behind the building. The space is no. 25 and you need to place the park pass on your dashboard as soon as possible to avoid a parking fine! Sunday parking is free. There are two City Council bins located on Elizabeth Street, 100 metres to the north or south. There is also a recycle bin on York Street, the other side of the car park area.
