We are walking distance from many local hang-outs and attractions. Guest access Guest have access to the apartment via a smart keypad lock at the exterior door and another smart keypad lock at the interior door to this unit. Guest will have their own unique code to enter both doors. Parking is on the street in front of the house and only a step or two away from the exterior stairs leading to the entrance. Other things to note Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. This unit is on the second floor. YOU MUST CLIMB 2 and a half flights of stairs to enter. There is NO washer or dryer in this unit
