Our apartment is located in the elegant St Germain des Près area, 2 min. from the Bon Marché dept store and its international food market, from the Lutetia hotel (5 star, spa), the cafés Les Deux Magots and Flore, and from the Poilane bakery. It is a 5-10 min walk to luxury brand boutiques (Hermès, Cartier, Vuitton, Armani...), excellent restaurants and dozens of cinemas. The Luxemburg Gardens are 10 min. away on foot, and the Louvre Museum 20 min. The space We are a Franco-American couple who has travelled all over the world; we are used to communicating in English and understand very well the expectations of foreign visitors when it comes to comfort and practicality. Our apartment is ideally located, in an elegant area of the Left Bank, minutes from high-end boutiques and only 2 minutes from a large number of subway stations and bus stops. Guest access Living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with large double bed, one convertible double bed), two bathrooms, two WC. Other things to note We accept only guests in our home who have been fully vaccinated against Covid 19 (2 doses of Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZenaca or one dose of Janssen).
