The space Ponderosahaus is a fully updated 2bedroom 1bath home that is complete with all you need to enjoy your stay in Big Bear City. Sit back and relax next to the fireplace while you enjoy some music streamed from the smart tv. The bar seating makes it great for guests to enjoy a drink or just engage in conversation while you prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, you will also find a coffee bar where you can choose from many different options to make your brew. In the backyard, there is a cozy seating area and propane fire pit where you can enjoy the fresh mountain breeze, stargaze, or just roast some marshmallows. Bedroom#1 has a King Bed Bedroom#2 has a Queen Bed and built-in desk perfect for those who need to work while having fun. What better place to work than with a window view of the beautiful pines. Both bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans and extra blankets. Enjoy the beautifully updated bathroom with a heater for those cold winter days. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for one locked storage closet. Enjoy the outdoors on the front porch or backyard deck with a seating area and fire pit. There are 3 bikes available to guests. Riders assume all responsibilities. No helmets are provided. Parking for 2 vehicles When traveling to the mountains in the winter months, you are required to carry chains from November to March, even if it isn't snowing at the time. If it snows before your arrival, we will make sure the driveway is accessible. During your stay, if snow needs to be removed from the driveway, it is the guests’ responsibility. We provide a shovel to help with snow removal. If you do not wish to remove the snow, you can contact a snow removal service. Additional information will be provided to confirmed guests. It will be your responsibility to pay the fee for the snow removal. Changes or Cancellations to your reservations will not be permitted due to weather or road conditions.
