The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven and microwave. Sofa bed 140 cm. Bed linens and towels are included. If you want to borrow a bike, it can certainly be arranged, just let me know. Secure storage is available for MTB bikes. The focus for us is to create community for the guests who stay in the house. Start the day with a walk or a ski trip in the nice trails in Ås, or why not in Östersund at the National Biathlon Arena. Then we recommend cooking a good dinner over an open fire in the fireplace outside the cottage. Then end a lovely day with some party games or just relax with a movie. And if you're lucky, you'll get to see the northern lights. Other things to note You don't have to bring linens, bed linens and towels are included in the price!!
