Upon entering, we are greeted by a living-dining room integrated with the open kitchen, equipped with a bar and two stools, a table for four people and a sofa bed with a low table. The sofa, with a comfortable Italian opening, has a 140 cm mattress. In addition, the space includes a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series and an ideal desk for teleworking. The living room leads to the balcony, equipped with a small table and two outdoor chairs, with partial views of Los Lances beach between two buildings. Ideal for kitesurfers, who can observe the conditions at all times. From the living room and kitchen you can also see the beach, and at a certain time of winter, even the sunset over the Atlantic. The room has a 160 cm double bed and a wardrobe, while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and sink. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private balcony. The accommodation is located within a small building and shares a common hallway. It has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room, a ceiling fan and heater in the room, a washing machine, a desk with Wi-Fi and a kitchen equipped to prepare meals just like at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.
