Studio Apartment in country

Our place is located on 20 acres in a beautiful tree-filled area, with nice views. We are out of town-- It takes 17 minutes to drive to Hayward Field or Downtown Eugene or to Coburg Rd. You will love this spot if you enjoy privacy, outdoor space, and a darling, spacious apartment. I will stock the kitchen with basics for continental breakfast- as there isn't a store or restaurant nearby. (town is about 15 minutes away) We do have an EV charger, that may be available to share with us. The space Open, bright space. If you need a dark morning, don't stay here. :) Dark at night. Light in the morning. We do have curtains on most of the windows, but they are white so plenty of light still makes its way through. If it's clear at night, look up! Plenty of stars to see. There is nowhere to walk to here- other than around our property which is dirt paths or small gravel road and in my opinion , is beautiful. We do have internet. There are 2 tv’s but not much service so if you want to watch tv have your own Netflix or such. :) Guest access You have the studio, but you are welcome to walk around the place. If you walk down the road a bit, you can see a path that leads to the treehouse. You are welcome to go to the tree house and hang out. Our primary residence is the main house and the wood deck... you are welcome to stop by and say hello if you want. Otherwise- just roam on. There is a gravel road that goes to the side of the garage/studio ….and up then back around the house. Yes. Walk it. Other things to note If you book with us, you will need to text or call my cell phone to get the gate code to enter.
