It comes with fully equipped kitchen which includes all essential requirements like cooking range, fridge, R.O water purifier and all crockery and cutlery with basic ingredients. There is also an high speed WIFI, Satellite TV, All the bedrooms have air conditioning and are design to suit to your comfort with modern amenities. Hot water is available round the clock , clean and hygienic linens and towels are provided with comfortable mattress. Guest access -Guests will have an absolute access to everything on the floor and the common stairs in the house. We have very equipped kitchen, a lot of guests enjoy cooking hot meals. Other things to note 1. GUEST BELONGINGS Guests are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going out or when going to bed. Please do not leave the AC on when you go out. We will not under any circumstances accept responsibility for the loss of residents goods n belongings for any reason. 2. DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures n fittings caused by them 3. You will receive a pair of keys on arrival for apartment. Please treat the house as your own house not like hotel. If their's any issue arises let us know we will try to solve it asap. 4. Only Vegetarian Food is allowed to be cooked in the kitchen and No non veg food is allowed at the premises. 5. Smoking and Drinking is strictly not allowed.
