Anchors Away at The Bay, sleeps 7, 2 dogs welcome

ANCHORS AWAY is a deceptively spacious 3 bedroom cottage on the Bay holiday village Filey, in a great location, close to amenities, with parking outside, and a south-facing patio and garden at the rear. Guests have free use of the onsite pool and gym. Just minutes from the pub and pizzeria, and around 15 mins to the beach. The space Modern kitchen, open plan living room with seating for 8, a dining table with seating for 6-8, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There's a main kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room and TV, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with full-size bunks and a single bed. Family bathroom and downstairs wc. Outside there is a patio space with table and chairs, bench seat (beach toys stored inside), and communal lawns, looking onto the new meadows development, and with sunshine all day long due to being south-facing. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and also any amenities and activities offered by The Bay Resort Filey (charges may apply for some booked activities). You will have access to free parking on the resort. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all free to use (subject to availability). No refunds are made if any resort amenities are closed/unavailable. Other things to note Parking is on a first-come first served basis and therefore we cannot guarantee a space directly outside your accommodation unless the property has its own space - please ask if unsure from the description. There is on resort support via reception most days 9am-5pm and security overnight 7pm to 6am usually. The Bay is a very dog-friendly resort but XL Bullies and banned breeds are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead/under control and grounds are generally open so this is not the place if you need an enclosed private garden.
