Within walking distance is the beautiful Maroubra Beach, coastal trails, cafes, shopping centres. Buses to Sydney City, Circular Quay, Central Station and the University of NSW (UNSW) also run frequently, with bus stops located within 5 minutes walk. The apartment is located on a quiet tree lined street and situated on the lower ground floor of a recently built house, which the hosts live in. The entrance is private, and accessible via a pathway that runs parallel to the house (with two steps). The only shared space is the grassed area of the back yard. Self check-in is offered for convenience. Un-timed, free on-street parking is also available. We provide a limited supply of coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. Bath towels, robes, beach towels and bed linen are also provided. Additionally, two adult Taronga Zoo passes are typically available (save up to $94). Please check availability of the passes with us in advance. The apartment layout and features include: MAIN ROOM (bed/lounge room) - Queen bed with two types of pillows (firm/high and medium) and organic cotton sheets. A non feather duvet is available upon request. Bed side tables with bright reading lights and induction phone chargers. - Flat screen TV (HDMI cable provided), Apple TV (Netflix, Prime or Stan included), DVD player (selection of DVDs provided) and Bluetooth BOSE speaker - Lounge chairs - Desk with computer monitor (HDMI and VGA cables provided), keyboard, mouse, USB chargers and LED desk lamp - Full length mirror - Air conditioning and a fan. All doors and windows also have fly screens. KITCHEN - Full-sized fridge/freezer - Nespresso coffee machine, single induction stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker - Dining table - Cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses - Clothes washing machine and clothes airer. BATHROOM - Shower - Toilet - Hair dryer. OUTDOOR AREA - Grassed backyard (shared) - Covered dining area with table and chairs. Please note the following: - Smokers (cigarettes, vape etc) are not permitted to stay. This is in the interest of property maintenance, guest comfort and health. - Inquire about early/late checkout.
