This Studio is private and great for that person on the go. The unit comes with mini Fridge/freezer, microwave, TV WiFi, cable, Netflix, Amazon. It has a large bathroom along with a keyless entry through a side gate. Even though the space is small it feels much larger than you might think due to the high ceiling and tall windows. The space This is a private studio with only one shared wall to an adjacent studio. These are separate and fenced off from the main house on the property. Guest access There is a path from the street gate to your door up 4 steps. Other things to note Upon the unit being cleaned, you will receive the gate code and your personal door code. You will have street parking on the side of the main house. Please do not go to the front of the house. You will use the private wooden gate entrance next to the neighbors house.
