Apartment with Alps View

Apartment with Alps view on the 5th floor with elevator and parking space. Close to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, bus stop, bank, 10 min walk to the city center. 20 minutes from the resorts of Monts Jura (slope) and La Vattay (snowshoes and cross-country) and 1 hour 15 minutes from La Clusaz. Close to Geneva. The apartment is bright, spacious and very quiet. This room is usually my spare room as well as my office and sewing area. Wi-Fi Sheets and towels are provided. The space The bedroom is 13 m2 and the bed is a 140 with a memory foam mattress. The apartment is 73 m2 in all but my room will be locked. Please DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE inside, but you can do so on the balcony by closing the sliding door behind you. Guest access The whole apartment except my room. I specify that I live in this apartment... which is becoming rare ^^ I rent it out when I'm away. I redid and decorated it myself and I am very attached to it. So please respect the premises and my personal belongings. Other things to note NON-SMOKING apartment but possible on the balcony by closing the bay window. Thank you.
