At the top of the slopes, this beautifully decorated condo offers an upscale retreat at Hidden Valley. Enjoy walk out access to the slopes from the first-floor deck with great views and your choice of an easy hike or a more challenging one on the Black Diamond runs. Nearby attractions include Seven Springs, Flight 93 Memorial and Frank Lloyd Wright's "Falling Water". Explore the Ohio Pyle, Laurel Hill State Park, Highlands Hiking Trails, and numerous golf courses. This ground floor end unit is a single level floor plan which allows easy access to every space in the condo. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook meals. There is a Keurig with complimentary K-cups, sugar and creamer in addition to a standard coffee maker (filters provided) and an electric kettle for hot water. There is also a ski rack in the mud room, coat closet and pantry. There is plenty of seating with four stools at the bar in addition to six seats at the dinning table. The charming living room features a leather couch (with a pull out sleeper), two reclining chairs, decorative fireplace, and a mounted 50 inch smart TV. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, dresser, nightstand, mounted 42 inch smart TV. The full bathroom has a dual vanity with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom (bunkroom) is setup with a bunkbed (twin and full) and a pull out single trundle bed. The bunkroom also includes a dresser, a comfortable chair and a desk with monitor. The full guest bathroom can be accessed from both the bunkroom and the mudroom. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize anything in the condo including the washer and dryer, but the fireplace is not to be used. The closet by the front door is locked for owners access only but the pantry by the bunkroom and the coat closet by the kitchen are available for guest use. Parking is directly in front of the condo with easy access to the building. There are two shared entrances into the building. The main entrance has two steps and the entrance adjacent to the condo has a short flight of stairs into the building. Other things to note Guest will be sent check-in instructions the day before their reservation is scheduled to start. This will include check-in key code as well as address for the property. Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. No early check-ins or check-outs will be permitted when there are reservations the same day. Owners have a dog that has stays in the condo although pets are not allowed.
