Equipped with a smart TV, comfortable seating area and stunning views of the city center. Perfect for teleworking or extended relaxation.​ Kitchen: Full and functional kitchen: large fridge, 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine. All cooking utensils (dishes, pots, pans). Balcony: Private balcony with table/chairs, offering panoramic views of downtown. Relaxing space for morning coffees or aperitifs. Direct access from the studio.​ Bathroom: Bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet, hairdryer and products. Towels and linens provided. Guest access Indoor swimming pool in the main building + adjacent sauna (hours 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.). Indoor swimming pool in the building opposite, with equipped gym (dumbbells, cardio) and heated jacuzzi, as well as another sauna. Shared laundry room payable via a recharge card. All within a 2-minute walk from the studio, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city or teleworking. Other things to note Parking not included. A few spaces are available on Bullion Street, next to the building. No smoking inside, possible on the balcony, ensuring that the wind does not blow the smoke back inside. Pets allowed because: extra cleaning and another set of sheets provided, to prevent allergies for future tenants. Max 3 adults [municipal standards], no parties or special events [building regulations]. Small aperitifs with friends are possible.
