A Friend's Place - C8 Off Grid Caravan

Your fully self contained caravan sleeps 2 people, but the magic happens when you explore the area around us. You will be able to enjoy beaches, forest, wildlife, picnic areas, swimming holes, clubs, cafes, movies and shopping. You set your own level of activity from surfing, paddle boarding, sailing, bushwalking, swimming, snorkelling or just sunbaking on the beach, with a cool drink in your hand. Or read a book in your cabin, before you take a nap. The space Our place is based on recycling and being good stewards of the environment. We want to help people reconnect with each other and connect with nature. Guests get to experience living off grid and in a "tiny house". We have been told by many of our guests that "This is what it was like to go on holidays in the 1970s". There is no Wi-Fi, aircon or TV but there are plenty of trees, a central area where you can hang out with people and you can bring your pets. We also have a selection of puzzles and board games for guests to use. Guest access We have a parking spot for you, close to the cabins. The walkway helps you get from your car to your cabin, without having to walk on the sand and your keys will be in your cabin, upon arrival. We will be here to welcome you and show you to your cabin Other things to note If you're looking for a low key, casual place to use as a basecamp, to go exploring, this is for you. We don't have aircon or heaters, but the weather is mild, so a fan or a jumper is usually enough. If you smoke, we ask you to do so outside and use the ashtray cup provided, so the area is kept free of litter and fire hazards. We are still developing here, so you might see building materials on a lower terrace, in the distance. We ask for our guests patience and understanding with regard to this and invite you to come back again and again, to see how we grow and improve. The area around the cabins is always kept neat and tidy. We have a small Shihtzu that loves meeting people and roams around freely. Our other girls stay locked away. Registration Details Exempt
