With a stunning location & view, this beautiful tiny house is nestled at the top of the Teton Valley and puts you in the perfect spot to access some of the country's best National Parks, ski resorts, fishing rivers, and bike trails. With a full bathroom/shower/kitchen/laundry this tiny has an ultra-comfy living space that is laid out in a way that creates distinct separate spaces to hang out and works perfectly for couples, small groups of adventure buddies, or small families. The space Walk or bike to the many restaurants in VIctor, or stay home and watch amazing sunset/sunrise, stargaze, grill out, have a fire, or snuggle in the cozy TV lounge loft for a movie after a big day in the mountains. A kitchen, a full plumbed bathroom/shower, two cozy lofts, and a large wrap-around deck with mountain views make this very special experience. This extremely comfortable bungalow style home was built in 2021 and has EVERYTHING you need. The house is full of windows and has 310 square feet of living space. Spaces include a private bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, two large lofts, and a large wrap-around deck. It is a tiny house so any more than 2 people and it becomes a pretty intimate space for everyone but still super fun! ****Note you must be able to climb steep stairs to access the lofts and that the ceilings in the loft are low so you cannot stand up. No bedroom on the bottom floor, only a couch which can be slept on. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. There is a washer/dryer combo unit for your use. An electric mini-split heating/cooling HVAC unit and a ceiling fan will keep you cool or toasty warm. There are several desk options for remote working, in the living room and in both lofts. Guest access The Teton Valley Tiny House is placed on a beautiful 3 acre lot owned by Greg and Heali who live in a log cabin here full time. There are goats and chickens and an adorable Britney Spaniel puppy named Drifter. You will have your own driveway and parking area and full private access to the house. Minutes from downtown Victor, ID. Easy walk or bike ride to the famous Victor market and all the restaurants. Driving times: 49 miles to Grand Teton NP 111 miles to Yellowstone 21 miles to Grand Targhee Resort 26 miles to Jackson Hole Resort Other things to note Te Big View Tiny House is personally managed by the owner, Gareth, and he wants all his guests to feel at home and leave loving the Tiny House and the Teton Valley as much as he does so please let him know if you have any needs or concerns during your stay. Also, on occasion Greg and Heali allow their goats to roam free on the lot while they supervise, please keep car doors closed when you’re inside. The Britney Spaniel Drifter is often out running around, as well as Gareth’s dog Rhodie. They are both VERY friendly and harmless but just let Gareth know if you would not like her to approach you. And Rhodie can be a little barky sometimes but don’t be alarmed, it’s just the way he talks and Gareth will stop the barking quickly if he starts.
