Mi Aldea Chica. House A with a private pool.

Mi Aldea Chica is a small paradise in green Asturias, made up of three completely independent new houses with all the amenities. Located in a rural area with a lot of charm, between the sea and the mountains of Ribadesella, they are perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. Each house has a private heated saltwater pool, porch, and parking. The space Casa A has a one-story modern design, with high wooden ceilings and large windows that connect the interior to the exterior. It is a small house of 56m2, consisting of an open and bright space with kitchen, dining room and living room, and another more private with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It has all the amenities, with a full kitchen, washing machine, WiFi and high speed internet, 55"SmartTV in the living room and 32" in the rooms to use your access to streaming services (Netflix, Prime,...), continuous ventilation through heat recovery that ensures the quality of the indoor air and keeps the temperature, heating and a pellet stove that allows you to enjoy the fire in the coldest times. Outside there is a 7m2 porch where you can enjoy outdoor meals, a terrace where you can relax or sunbathe, a saltwater pool heated by a heat pump, a parking area for two cars, and a large plot of green meadows completely enclosed. The pool is about eight meters long and one meter forty meters deep, it has an automatic purification system by saline chlorination, a more natural and healthy option without the characteristic smell of the chlorine pools, and a water heating system by heat pump. This system raises the water temperature a few degrees, with respect to the outside temperature, which allows you to enjoy the bathroom even if the weather does not accompany too much. In the summer, this warm-up is a very nice extra. During spring and autumn, is when most benefits are obtained from heating, since in Asturias the temperatures are usually milder and in a conventional pool the bathroom is no longer pleasant. However, with this system you can continue to enjoy the bathroom, unless the temperatures fall too much. During the winter, it is not possible to raise the water temperature to comfortable levels, so it no longer warms up. The bathroom is not advisable because the water is purified by chlorine and other maintenance chemicals. Guest access The accommodation has no common areas that are shared. Inside the property, there is a small independent building that we use for storage and remains closed. Other things to note Ideal for couples and families, although not recommended for babies (unfenced pool). The pool water is heated from the end of March to the beginning of December.
