This cottage is fully winterised (except sunroom) with electrical heat pumps. In summer months air conditioning is also available. All bedrooms are well ventilated and beds will have mattresses upon your arrival. Please make sure to bring your pillows, sheets and duvets. The kitchen is fully functional for you to cook your favorite meals and enjoy the comfort with your family and friends seating 6 people. Since its a cottage country and we have a well pump & thus, we encourage our guests to use water mindfully. Living space: beautiful and huge living space with separate tv and entertainment room Main floor bedroom #1: Queen bed Main floor bedroom #2: 1 day bed with two twin mattresses and ensuite half bath Upper floor bedroom #2: Queen bed Upper floor bedroom #3: Queen bed Guest access Lockbox access will be provided after confirmation of booking & prior to 24 hrs of check-in. Guests are welcome to use the whole space including sunroom and backyard. Please watch your steps if descending down to the river for a cup of coffee/tea. ***no access to the outhouse and bunkie*** ***no pets allowed*** Winter access: The cottage is located on a main road that is plowed by the city for easy winter access. Other things to note - Please no loud music after 10PM. - We require a security deposit before check-in. (Deposit amount is collected separately after booking confirmation and before check-in). This deposit will be returned back to you after check-out, once our property manager inspects the cottage for any damages. *no dishwasher at the cottage* *no laundry machines at the cottage are operational
