King Suite with Private Entrance & Free Parking

Relax in this private one bedroom king suite with large kitchenette and a fully furnished living room which also includes a desk, chair and sofa bed. This is a lower level (16 steps) apartment with it's own private entrance with a self check-in keypad and 1 parking space included. Apartment has it's own internet router which gives you the option to use high-speed wifi or plug into the network with supplied ethernet cables. Canadian Tire Center is 25 minute walk. The space The cozy living room features a large smart TV with Netflix and Prime included. Also includes a sofa bed. Please Note: There will not be bedding provided for the sofa bed without making arrangements with host prior to the stay. An extra $15 per stay if bedding is needed. The bedroom includes a king sized bed, dressers, USB charging lamps and an additional smart TV with Netflix and Prime included. In the kitchenette you will find a medium sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a hotplate, pots and pans and all dishes and utensils needed. Large bathroom with shower and heated floors. Since the pandemic we have taken extra precautions. This includes extra cleaning on all surfaces and all dishes and utensils go through dishwasher between all guests. Guest access The private entrance is located at the side of the house behind the garage. You will enter into your own private mudroom where you can leave your shoes and overcoats before heading down the stairs to the apartment entrance.
