The house offers ideal opportunities for an active holiday as well as to relax. Thanks to the immediate proximity of the Urft River, the location on the Urft Bike Trail, and the National Park, there are unique opportunities! Also Lake Rur, the Eifelsteig, Vogelsang Castle, daffodil meadows, Monschau, Bad Münstereifel, the 85-kilometer-long wilderness trail, and much more. An outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance. Other leisure activities (by flyer) are available in the house for you. E-(MTB) rental upon advance request + subject to availability! The space The house is freestanding and bright. There is a safe, various dishes, glasses, pots, pans, towels, bed linens, a coffee machine and, alternatively, a coffee maker with coffee, various spices and utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, soap, cleaning products... etc. TV, sound system and various games, books and DVDs are on site. In the kitchen drawer and also in the living room *colorful chair* you will find the corresponding instructions for use for the devices… TV, coffee maker, Teufel Bluetooth sound boxes… etc. The access password for Wi-Fi is stored on site in the guest information. Guest access You could park on the property in front of the house. The entrance is located behind the house. Access is also possible via the terrace from the front of the house. Check-in is arranged with independent arrival times using a key box to the right of the front door. There is a small shed for bikes and equipment behind the house opposite the entrance. A "Brötchen Rad" is also available, as well as a portable bicycle ramp in the shed. Other things to note The spa fee is calculated with the Airbnb reservation and is therefore already paid for you. You will receive a guest card on arrival with many discounts, which you please fill out on departure with registration details and signed. Your guest card would be the bottom and third part.
