Nestled in a historic building on the top floor, this two-storey apartment offers ample space in a Scandinavian setting. Located in St. Eriksplan, a relaxed, residential neighbourhood in central Stockholm scattered with charming cafés, chic bakeries and innovative restaurants. This is the perfect place to stay for the family or the group of friends who want to have a homely base to hang out and cook in as well as easy access to the city’s top attractions. The space Located on the 5th this two-bedroom penthouse offers charming views of Vasastan’s rooftops. It is also a great place for socializing with a spacious dining area and two living rooms. BEDROOMS Two rooms furnished with comfortable double beds (160 cm) with doors for added privacy. One of the bedrooms also offer great storage space with several wardrobes. There’s an additional sleeping area on the top floor with a single bed with no door so there’s limited privacy. LIVING ROOM On the first floor it is furnished with a couch that doubles as a sofa bed for additional guests. The upper floor features a charming tile stove (for decoration only), slanted ceilings, a small desk and an additional sofa bed. KITCHEN Fully equipped including oven, stove top, coffee machine and small dining table that seats two. An adjacent dining area that seats eight people comfortably offers great opportunity to enjoy meals at home. NOISE POLICY & CONSIDERATIONS Please be aware that this is an older building with all the charm—and quirks—that come with it. This apartment leans toward the rugged side, with some visible signs of wear. A full renovation is planned for Fall 2025. In the meantime, please note that while it may not be picture-perfect, the space is clean, fully functional, and located in a fantastic area. Due to its age and construction, sound can travel more easily between units. You may occasionally hear neighbors, and they may hear you. We ask all guests to keep noise to a respectful level, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM – 8 AM). This property may not be ideal for those seeking a completely silent or secluded stay. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to ambient noise, please consider this before booking. We want everyone—guests and neighbors alike—to enjoy a peaceful experience. Other things to note * The bathroom is quite compact and the sink is on the smaller side. * The parquet flooring can be creaky, and the neighbours are quite sensitive to noise, so we ask that you be mindful of this during your stay.
