Comfortable two rooms flat, 55 sqm, newly restored, in a very quiet area, 5 minutes walking from the train station and 3 by car to highway. View on the garden, 1 double bed and 1 convertible sofa, floor heating, A/C, wi fi, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, small safety deposit box. The outdoor spaces are shared with us owners : porch, garden and gate. I'm waiting for you, I hope you'll have a pleasant stay. There's a great café and pastry shop you can reach in a 10 minutes walk and a pharmacy in the nearby. Free parking in the street, for a fee inside the property. In town there are a supermarket, two bakeries and two restaurants. If you wish at your arrival I'll give you detailed information about my favorite places, restaurants and cafés in Como and other lovely towns on the lake and in Milan. Rovello Porro train station is 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, in 30 minutes you'll be in Milano Cadorna or Como Lake station, in 42 minutes at the Malpensa Airport. By the highway you can reach Milano or Como in about 25 minutes.
