Being immediately outside of downtown Portland, this space is in the most affluent region of Multnomah County, The Southwest Hills. This space is priced against the cluster of hotels in the same area. This space is perfect for a working professional who is seeking an economic advantage. A private bedroom with a double-sized bed, a private 3/4 bathroom, a (mostly, see below) private kitchen, and a private patio with a view of the cityscape and The Cascade Mountain Range are equipped for your use. The space The kitchen is yours and is available for private use with one exception. Mitch and I have Factor_ (not sponsored) boxes delivered and use the microwave or the oven to have them prepared. Each preparation occurs in a 10-minute interval, and that is it. Guest access Upon arrival, Mitch or I will greet you and give you a tour of your space. A keylock passcode will be given ** when you arrive **. Entering to and exiting from your space should be effortless after our introductory time together.
