The space The accommodation offers air conditioning, flat screen TV, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony with street view characteristic of the historic center. The apartment offers cleaning service, supply of bed linen and towels only per stay. Any Personal Service (daily cleaning, linen change ...) must be booked independently by the guest as the structure does not offer this type of service. Other things to note Nearby about 50 meters there are open supermarkets, paid parking lots located in the Giardina seafront or in the Presidiana Port which are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, always available, pharmacies, restaurants, bathing beaches, Disco Pubs .. The Railway Station is 700 meters from the apartment. It is not possible to arrive by car in front of the apartment as there is a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). I recommend using a car if you want to visit neighboring countries. Look out over a charming beach from where you can admire suggestive sunsets, in a typically Mediterranean style, and enjoy your wonderful holiday.
