The space The house was all equipped to comfortably receive up to 07 people, and inside the house we have 2 double suites, social bathroom, living room, balcony with mountain deck and kitchen with wood stove. Attached to the large but independent house, the guest will have a delightful private external chalet for + 1 couple and 1 single person, which was recently built in the loft style, furnished with 01 double bed and a single bed, mini kitchen and bathroom. All with a complete bed and bath set. We still have another large kitchen with wood-burning stove, barbecue on the outside area of the property! The land is all fenced and safe to receive pets. Guest access - DECK WITH A PRIVILEGED VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS, LAGOON AND PICO DA LAPINHA!!! - Full kitchen with wood-burning stove inside the big house - Dining and living room - 2 master suites inside the big house with TV - Restroom - Outdoor gourmet kitchen with barbecue, large table and another wood-burning stove. ** For reservations over 5 people, the private Chalet attached to the large house with a mini kitchen attached to the outdoor gourmet kitchen will also be available - Parking for 3 cars I LOVE my home and I hope my guests do too! Other things to note • We are in a preservation area so we remember that mosquitoes, iguanas, frogs and etc are in their habitat. • It is always advisable to bring repellents , sunscreen, clothing and footwear suitable for hiking, hat and raincoat. • Also always bring, cold clothing that Lapinha sews be colder at night. • Pet will only be allowed if agreed prior to booking and released on booking. The land is all surrounded with screen and not fence. • We have dogs in the terreiro, they are friendly and docile, they stay in the kennel. We ask not to feed them, but if you want to make a fondness, they love it. • If the house reservation is for up to 4 people, the outside chalet may be booked by other guests • The daily rate depends on the number of guests posted to the reservation. This house accommodates up to 7 guests. Please fill in correctly in the reservation, the quantity fields of guests, children and pets. • We have no generator in case of power outage. • The voltage in Lapinha is 110volts. • We do not offer cook and cleaning services during the stay. • Gas, Wi-Fi and electricity included.
