The space We are renting a nice 1 room (13m²) tiny flat in a Parisian style building near the Butte aux Cailles neighbourhood , place d’Italie and Chinatown. The bathroom is made of a shower, a wash basin and the toilets. There is also a small full equipped kitchen composed of a fridge, a frizzer, hotplates, a micro-wave oven (with an oven function), a coffee maker, a kettle, etc... You have too a washer / dryer. It's on avenue d'Italie, in a great Paris area, with a very convenient metro access as well (1 minute walk from Tolbiac and Place d'Italie metro station) - Lines 7 - 5 - 6. You will fond all types of shops just at 30 seconds by foot ( Mall Italie 2 , supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, post, banks, etc...) There are also a lot of restaurants near the flat, you will enjoy this district of Paris which is very animate! I will be happy to give you tips about what to do around or in Paris.
