Stunning spacious townhome, just a short walk to the soft and white sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Perdido Key barrier island. It's located in the Lost Key Golf and Beach Resort. This is a hidden gem of the Florida panhandle for a serene beach getaway with best amenities, a Championship 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course, lighted tennis courts, two resort style pools, hot spa, fitness center, and a Beach Club with a restaurant and pool and private beachfront access! The space Welcome to Lost Key Paradise! This luxurious new townhome is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. It sits on a quiet barrier island located between Pensacola, FL and Orange Beach, Al. You can see the Gulf from the kitchen and master bedroom windows! The Beach Club entrance with the flag is also visible from our windows. On the sleeping level it features 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two en-suite bathrooms. A king size soft mattress bed in the primary bedroom and a queen size firm mattress bed in the guest bedroom with spacious bathrooms and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. On the living level it features a fully equipped kitchen with an island and seating, large dining table and living area with a huge TV, desk area, sofa sleeper which can accommodate 2 additional guests (for a total of 6 guests). A screened-in balcony and a back patio with sand dunes views for an early morning coffee or a romantic late nightcap. The nature preserve starts right outside our patio and allows you to watch bald eagles nesting form Oct-May with increased sightings in winter. High speed internet and AT&T Premium DirecTV Service with over 150 channels, HBO and MGM movie channels are provided for our guests enjoyment. The office area has a huge desk with a monitor and a printer for remote work. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking, sugar packets, coffee grounds packet for the 1st morning and selection of teas. We provide plenty linens and towels, beach towels, dispensers with high quality shampoo, bodywash, soaps, toilet paper rolls, paper towels, Tide laundry pods, Cascade dishwasher pods. Graco Pack and Play and a high chair are also provided. In our garage we have beach chairs and toys, beach towels, beach wagon, big tennis rackets and pickleball paddles and balls, as well as mini ping-pong table to play on rainy days. Comfortable Trex outdoor chairs, a swing bench, a hammock chair, and a chaise lounge for ultimate relaxation on the back patio or balcony overlooking the nature. All amenities accessible with our access cards: 1) The Beach Club is at 14359 Perdido Key Dr, right on the beach and just across from our community entrance (0.5 mile or 10 minutes walk). Restaurant/bar serves great food! 2) The Fitness Center with Swimming Pool and Hot Spa at 6518 Carlinga Dr (2nd street behind us). Tennis courts are right next to it as well. 3) Lost Key Golf course is located in the back of our neighborhood at 608 Lost Key Dr, Pensacola, FL. They also serve breakfast and lunch daily. Guest access AirBnB will send a code for our electronic front door lock before arrival. Two access cards for amenities will be inside the unit for enjoyment of the resort facilities. The Beach Club, located at 14359 Perdido Key Drive, is only 0.5 miles away and within a walking distance (10 minutes walk from our townhome). There is a free shuttle for guests convenience as well. The Lost Key Beach Club offers private beach access, bar/restaurant, locker rooms, showers, and swimming pool. Beach Club chairs around the pools are complimentary, year around first come first serve. The beach chairs service on the beach is offered by a different company for a fee, as well as parasailing. There’s also a public beach access #2 parking just one lot to the left from the Beach Club. For endangered species preservation in sand dunes, guests are also encouraged to walk, bike, or take a free shuttle. A complimentary shuttle runs daily between all community amenities from the beach club in the front and the golf club in the back of our neighborhood. Other things to note OUR AMENITIES AND OUTSIDE ATTRACTIONS: The Beach Club is at 14359 Perdido Key Dr, right on the beach and just across from our community entrance (0.5 mile or 10 minutes walk). It offers a swimming pool, club house with bar/restaurant, locker rooms, showers, and the private beach access. Complimentary chase lounges around the pool are available year around. Seasonal beach service with chairs with umbrellas and water toys is available thru a different company. The Fitness Center with Swimming Pool and Hot Tub are inside our neighborhood at 6518 Carlinga Dr (one street behind our townhome). All neighborhood amenities and gates are accessible with our access cards. For tennis and pickleball lovers, there are tennis courts toward the Golf Club course. We provide big tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls. We also have a mini ping-pong table inside our garage for rainy days. For biking, there are plenty of jogging and bike trails in our big neighborhood and many nearby parks, perfect for guests bringing their bikes to exercise and getting around and to the beach. For those interested in renting, we have listed a few bike rental places in our online guidebook. The golf carts are NO longer allowed by the Escambia County outside the neighborhoods. For golf lovers, the Lost Key Golf Club (no membership required) includes a club house with restaurant as well as the Arnold Palmer designed, Par 71, 18-hole golf course. It is one of the top facilities and is framed by the natural beauty of Perdido Key and is ideally located between historic downtown Pensacola and the pristine sugar sand beaches of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, AL. The Golf Club offers all of the amenities found at the finest private clubs in the country and open to our resort guests. Visit this hidden treasure 5 min from us. (local's favorite pristine beach and hiking place). Entrance fee. 2) Perdido Key State Park is right next to Public Access #3 (just a few building to right from our Beach Club). It is also great for surf fishing. 3) Innerarity Point Park, playground for children (just across the bridge, bay area) 4) Big Lagoon State Park is great for fishing, picnicking, canoeing, kayaking, standup paddle boarding, fishing, hiking nature trails, swimming, birds watching. Also check out Jones Swamp Boardwalk there - 100% boardwalk for walking over a swamp with lots of turtles. 5) Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - seven trails with distinct ecosystems run 15 miles through Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Walking, jogging, skating, boarding, biking through pines, coastal sands & wetland. Bring your bicycle here to see a lot more. There is not much shade though in the summer. 6) Gulf State Park and Nature Center on the lake is great for hiking, walking, jogging, skating, boarding, biking through pines (CatmanTrail), fishing, plaining tennis, pickleball, basketball, and more. (THE BEST PARK for riding bikes!) 7) Lake Shelby Playground in Gulf Shores. Celebrations start beginning of January and go on through the end of February: five Mardi Gras parades, many Masquerade city balls, and much more.
