Watson's Lodge is a traditional Bed & Breakfast offering guests a luxurious and relaxing way to experience all that Golden, British Columbia and the surrounding 5 Canadian National Parks have to offer. Our charming Moberly suite features a Queen bed, full private bath with soaker tub and walk in closet. With a host prepared to order, full American style breakfast, and access to the hot tub, Watson's Lodge is the perfect relaxing quiet place to stay. Summer or winter, Golden is a great stay. The space Watson's Lodge was constructed in 2021 and professionally decorated for the guest's enjoyment. The Moberly suite features a queen sized bed, full private bath room with a conventional tub shower. A shared spa is available for the guests' use. Guest access Watson's Lodge is in a rural part of British Columbia about 4 km from the town of Golden with the only access being by road. (Car, bicycle or motorcycle). From October to April, a four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle is recommended to negotiate the 220 metre driveway which has a 20 metre rise. During your stay Watson, Sam and I will greet people at check-in and serve breakfast. Other interactions may happen. Watson, Sam and I live here in the lodge full time. Other things to note A shared spa is available for the guests' use. The kitchen fridge is available for some food storage as is the kettle and toaster.
