A luxurious location overlooking an apple orchard and Mt. Iwaki. This is a large log house with a large wooden deck where you can experience the beauty of the seasonal Aomori "Tsugaru". Capacity is 6 people. You will have the whole house to yourselves. The natural texture of wood unique to log houses. A high ceiling with a skylight, a large wooden deck, a living room with a wood stove and a relaxing sofa, and a tatami mat room that extends from the living room welcome you. The tatami mat room is a room with a view of Mt. Iwaki from the window, which everyone wants. The entire house has been renovated and is equipped with WiFi for a comfortable stay. The 2,000-tsubo property and log house are private spaces for guests only during your stay. The log house is located a little off the road, like a hideaway. We offer a satisfying environment for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing time, as well as those who want to have a lively and fun time with family and friends. The space ◎Accommodation Plan You will have the entire log house (cottage) to yourselves. The capacity is 6 people. The accommodation price is the same for up to 3 people, and an additional charge will be applied for each additional person from the 4th person. About ●child rates  There are no child rates. Children 2 years old and over are charged the same as adults. Please include children 2 years old and older in the number of people when booking. *Note Only those who have a reservation (guests who have listed their names on the accommodation list) are allowed to enter the accommodation. ●Eating: Meals are not included in the price. Please eat out at nearby restaurants or cook in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils such as an IH stove (3 burners), fridge (with freezer), microwave, oven toaster, pots, and pans, as well as enough dishes and glasses for 6 people. * No condiments are provided. Please bring your own. [About BBQ tool rental] ※ BBQ tool rentals are unavailable during the winter season from December to March. (Because there is no roof at the BBQ location and there is a risk of snowfall) BBQ tools are available for rent. 6,000 yen (tax included) per group per use. Please bring your own food, drinks, and condiments. ※ BBQs are strictly prohibited outside the designated area for fire prevention. ※ No yakiniku, hot plates, or strong smelling dishes allowed indoors. If there is oil splashed on the table or a smell remains, we will charge you the actual cost of cleaning and deodorizing. [Staff recommended restaurants] ★Restaurant Miyuku (Kuroishi Komise Street): A Japanese-style restaurant where you can enjoy local cuisine such as Kuroishi's famous yakisoba, sushi, rice bowls, and stylish Japanese style meal sets. There is a children's menu. ★Jumonji Cafe (Kuroishi Komise Street): A cafe serving Asian food at the Matsuyu Koryukan, a base for sightseeing in Komise. Enjoy a delicious lunch, including authentic Malaysian coconut chicken curry produced by Lee Nyok Peng, a Malaysian native. * There are many restaurants around Kuroishi Komise Street. ◎About this space [1st Floor] Living room, Japanese-style room (8 tatami), kitchen, toilet, and bathroom There is a firewood stove in the living room that you can use (please refrain from cooking with the firewood stove as it may blow out or burn). If you don't use the wood stove, don't worry. It is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating. The Japanese-style room, which is connected to the living room, can sleep up to 3 futons. You can also spend a warm time in the kotatsu until bedtime. [About using the wood stove] We will turn on the air conditioner in your room upon arrival to warm it up. But why not enjoy a warmer, more wonderful stay with the flickering fire of the wood stove? If you are using the wood stove, be sure to purchase the firewood provided by Cottage Hieaway. Firewood is prohibited. ■Firewood price 3,000 yen (tax included) per bundle. One bundle burns for about 3 hours. There is also an all-you-can-use firewood plan for 10,000 yen (tax included) during your stay. [2nd Floor] The second floor has one bedroom and an open space. The bedroom has two twin sized beds. There are two spaces in the open space. One is a work space (or a dad's space). There is a work desk, sofa, and table. The other space is a space with a kotatsu (or children's space). Please have a warm and fun time with the low sofa and kotatsu. The low sofa can also be used as a sofa bed. Note: The stairs to the second floor are slightly steep and slippery. Please be careful when going up and down. Guest access Guests have free access to the accommodation and garden from check-in to check-out. However, please refrain from entering the hut next to the accommodation without permission, as it contains the host's personal belongings. There are parking spaces for at least 6 cars on the premises. Other things to note BBQs are strictly prohibited outside the designated area provided on the day of your stay due to fire safety concerns. No yakiniku, hot plates, or strong-smelling dishes in the room. If there is oil splashed on the table or any residual odor, we will charge you the actual cost of cleaning and deodorizing. We are not responsible for any troubles such as injuries and accidents indoors or outdoors, loss or theft of personal belongings, etc. Please purchase travel insurance at your own risk. The sloping roof on the second floor under the stairs on the upper floor of the log house is low. Please be careful not to hit your head. The indoor stairs are slightly steep and slippery. Please be careful of your feet when going up and down. In winter, please be careful of snow falling from the roof. We do not provide condiments. Please bring it with you. No one other than those who booked are allowed to enter. You cannot enter the room earlier than the specified check-in time, and you cannot extend the check-out time. · It is strictly forbidden to make loud noises or play music outdoors or with the windows open after 9 pm. If there are complaints from surrounding residents, you will be asked to leave. We will provide one bath towel and one face towel per person, regardless of the length of stay. We are unable to provide additional towels, so please wash them or bring your own as needed. · Unlike hotels and inns, self-service is the basic concept. Feel free to use the equipment and appliances provided, but please be careful when handling them. Hair dyeing is prohibited. Do not leave the hot water running. It is prohibited to use the space for events, seminars, etc. without permission. Please be sure to consult with us in advance. If the facility or equipment is damaged or contaminated during your stay, we will charge you the actual cost of repair or replacement.
