Welcome to Salmon Creek! This quaint cottage has been lovingly restored and reimagined as a retreat from everyday life. One of only 4 homes on the creek, watch sunsets and wildlife from the spacious deck against a backdrop of waves crashing on the nearby beach. Enjoy views of the ocean and sand dunes, or walk to the beach. A naturalist’s delight! The space One of only 4 homes on Salmon Creek, you have unobstructed views of the creek, sand dunes, and waves crashing on the nearby beach. The home is walking distance to Salmon Creek beach and just a short drive from the town of Bodega Bay. This home has been extensively updated to change this from a cramped, 1-bedroom cabin into a small but cute cottage with a renovated bathroom, small (but mighty) kitchen, LED lighting, fast WiFi and smart TV. Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the spacious deck, or prepare dinner on the propane grill (propane and grilling tools provided!). At night, enjoy a fire in cottage's wood burning stove. The interior layout of the home was completely redone to maximize your enjoyment of the cottage's 550 square feet. The kitchen has propane range, microwave, and dishwasher. A small kitchen island expands the area for food prep or eating. The two bedrooms are not large, but both have queen beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The cottage has a washer & dryer so you can pack less and not worry about getting dirty. Perfect for a couple, this home also works well for families and children. The house has a DVD player, a small selection of house DVDs, adult & children's books, board games, and some toys. For beach days, please feel free to use the house beach towels, chairs and sand toys, then wash your feet off by the back steps to the deck. TOT 4415N Guest access You will have access to all areas of the house. Please use the games, towels, linens and kitchen. Extra towels are stored in the bathroom. Extra blankets and sheets are stored in the dressers and underneath the beds. An ironing board and iron are kept in the closet. There is parking next to the house for two cars. When you leave, please remember to put the chain back. Other things to note The house does not have central heating or air conditioning. There are electric heaters in most rooms, as well as a wood burning stove. Complimentary fire logs are provided. Please use only the fire logs in the stoves, and do not leave the heaters or stove unattended. Many cell phone carriers have very poor reception in Salmon Creek. The house has strong, high speed wifi, but please have the house address entered in your GPS and be prepared to use WiFi for calls. Registration details 4415
